Shaping Regency’s upscale identity.

When Regency launched in 2015 as a high-end pontoon boat brand, I was tasked with creating a visual identity that captured both luxury and lifestyle. I developed the brand identity and standards, building an upscale, sophisticated look anchored in a warm, neutral color palette and rich textures that conveyed elegance and a sense of royalty.

Beyond design, I directed the brand photography—shaping every detail of the creative vision. From scouting elevated, magical locations to styling the shoots with curated wardrobe, food, and environments, I ensured the imagery reflected not just a product, but a complete experience of connection, leisure, and luxury on the water.

To support the design team, I created templates and a cohesive visual system, making it simple to apply the brand consistently across campaigns. The result was a launch that resonated deeply with the target audience, helping Regency grow brand awareness and sales year after year

My first year working on the Regency Brand I defined a high-end visual world that set the tone for the brand’s future. I scouted urban and unexpected locations to position the boats infers, aspirational ways, and directed photography and video that would highlight evening gatherings, and luxurious environments. This was designed to elevate the lifestyle around the product and establish Regency as a true luxury pontoon brand.

In Regency’s second year, I evolved the brand identity to feel more avant-garde while keeping its foundation of luxury intact. Drawing inspiration from wine bottle labels and the light play of chandeliers, I refined the design system with elevated textures and unexpected details that spoke to sophistication and modern elegance.

For photography, I shifted the focus from product shots to lifestyle storytelling—highlighting boat features like seating and swim platforms in use. By showing these details through the lens of experience, the imagery invited the audience to picture themselves onboard, deepening the emotional connection to the brand.
