The One Subaru project was a high-stakes strategic initiative designed to secure a new dealership charter in the competitive Oakland/Hayward market. Serving as the Art Director and Brand Strategist, I developed a comprehensive digital ecosystem and a high-impact municipal pitch deck. By centering the creative strategy on Subaru’s legendary brand loyalty and community values, I architected a visual and user experience (UX) narrative that demonstrated how the dealership would serve as a vital community hub rather than just a retail point.
